Our bread baking began in 1983 in the home of Becky Spoelstra and was originally baked solely for friends and family. Originally we only baked sourdough bread, but over the years we have come up with a mixture for cinnamon sourdough bread that is just as delicious as the original. In 1994 the name "BeckyBread" was coined by two year old Sarah Sutton Baker and our company officially began.
   Under our new name, we began selling our bread to several local convenience stores for use in fresh made sandwiches. Through the years we have remained a small bread company, providing sourdough bread to local stores and shops, as well as our friends and family. Today, we continue to bake our breads from our home in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Note: Our kitchen has been fully inspected and approved by the state of North Carolina.

Shipping
Orders can either be shipped, delivered, or picked up when they are ready. Currently any deliveries will be limited to Wake County North Carolina and will require advanced notice. If you would like to pickup your order please let us know so we can arrange a time for you to come by. We will make every effort to accommodate any other orders, but additional shipping and handling charges may apply.

All orders are shipped via UPS and they should arrive within two days of shipment. The shipping method will be chosen based upon the state being shipped to. We ship UPS Ground to all states within the guaranteed two day zone, and UPS 2nd Day Air to all other states. Orders shipped using UPS 2nd Day Air will incur a slightly higher shipping charge due to the priority that must be placed on these packages.
